NEON Terms of Service: Accounts, Photos, Credits and Output

What service do these terms cover?

These terms apply to the independent A2O LITE NEON service at a2oliteneon.org. By using the service, you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree, do not use it. The website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by A2O LITE, A2O Entertainment, or social platforms.

The service provides a focused photo-to-video workflow: two adult photos become a requested 15-second AI duo dance, followed through an account library. Public guides and the homepage explain the available features. Artist and song names identify the creative subject, not an official partnership or an authorization to use third-party rights. Read Privacy, Safety, and Copyright alongside these terms before selecting images or making a submission.

The current generation workflow

The current setup accepts two separate photos, with one consenting adult in each. You can preview the inputs, swap their positions, and choose landscape 16:9 or portrait 9:16. Available resolution choices are 480p and 720p. Both request 15 seconds. Visitors do not need to upload an original dance recording, choose an AI model, or write a prompt.

The prepared dance direction limits customization. The flow does not include a custom background picker, an editable choreography prompt, or longer-duration output. Review the settings and credit quote shown on the form before submission. An image appearing in the preview does not mean a video has been generated. Pressing Generate submits a processing request, which is different from preparing or clearing a local browser draft. The tutorial describes those stages.

Account use and access

Use an account you are authorized to control and keep your credentials private. Sign-in is required before photo selection and for access to the account video library. Tasks, credits, orders, and support records are associated with the relevant account. Check that you are using the original account if an expected record is not visible after signing in.

Do not bypass access controls, exploit billing, disrupt processing, scrape private content, or submit malicious files. Report suspected account misuse through support. Never send passwords, verification codes, or login cookies in a report. If you cannot access an email-and-password account, use the available recovery route or explain the access issue to support. Ownership may need verification before private records are discussed, changed, or removed. Creating a different account is not a recovery or deletion instruction for the first one.

Photos, age, and permission

Use adults only. Obtain agreement from every depicted person for the intended AI edit and permission to upload each source image. A public profile photo, search result, or shared album does not by itself establish those permissions. Owning or possessing a copy of an image is separate from agreement to use the person's likeness in a new generated performance.

Do not submit minors, identity documents, sexual content, harmful impersonations, harassment, or deceptive endorsements. Pets are not supported by this workflow. Do not imply that a person supports a product, relationship, cause, or event without agreement. Check the intended audience with both adults before sharing. You retain rights you already hold in your inputs, and you authorize the handling needed to provide the features you choose, subject to the privacy policy. Processing does not transfer third-party rights to you.

File preparation and local drafts

Accepted files are JPG, PNG, and WebP, up to 3 MB each. The short side must be at least 340 pixels and the longer side no more than 2.5 times the shorter side. Choose clear, authorized photos and remove irrelevant private information before selecting them. A file meeting technical checks is not a guarantee of an acceptable use or a specific visual result.

The setup creates compressed previews and saves a draft in the browser, restorable for up to 24 hours. Drafts do not automatically sync across devices. Use Clear draft to remove the saved local preparation; expiry is not a promise that browser data is erased at an exact instant. Local clearing does not cancel or delete a submitted task, remove billing records, or recall a downloaded file. Delete my data explains the separate request process.

Credits and purchases

Published credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal: Starter is $9.99 for 30 credits, Creator is $26.99 for 90, and Studio is $49.99 for 180. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Each 15-second generation uses 10 credits at 480p or 30 credits at 720p. Review Pricing and current purchase availability before buying.

Browsing, watching the sample, and preparing photos are free. Creating an account does not include free generation credits, and the first personalized video also requires credits. Pack-based video counts assume use at the stated resolution. They describe attempts covered by the balance, not a guarantee that every result will meet a particular preference. A new accepted variation or request with different settings can use additional credits. A calculated per-video amount does not create a separate checkout offer below the pack price.

Submitted tasks, failures, and payment review

Follow the existing task in My videos. There is no guaranteed completion time. If the browser closes, your connection changes, or a status update is slow, inspect that attempt before submitting another. Separate accepted requests can be separate attempts with additional credit use. A delayed or uncertain outcome needs to be checked before a credit adjustment.

Confirmed failed or rejected generations return reserved credits through the service. A return to the account balance is different from a refund to a payment method. Payment refund requests are reviewed separately through support, using relevant purchase, usage, and task records. Include the order number and task ID when applicable, without sending full card details. The refund policy explains that process. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms or by the distinction between a credit return and a payment refund.

AI output, downloads, and sharing

Output can vary in likeness, hands, clothing, movement, timing, and other details. The public sample is one generated 480p example with fictional adults and separately added audio. It does not guarantee an identical result for other inputs or demonstrate every offered resolution. A completed variation is not automatically a technical failure because it differs from your preference.

Review the full video before using it, get the adults' agreement to the final sharing context, and label AI edits clearly. Completed videos are available for download for 14 days; save a copy you want to keep during that period. Files downloaded or posted elsewhere are outside the account library's access controls. Do not represent an AI performance as evidence that the people actually danced together or as an official artist collaboration.

Audio and third-party rights

Personalized videos are requested without audio. The service does not include the NEON song, the original music video, official logos, or a commercial-use license. The sample's added audio does not grant soundtrack rights for your output. If you add music or other material later, check the permissions for your intended publication separately.

The service does not promise exclusive copyright in AI output or clear rights to another person's photos, likeness, music, choreography, or branding. A paid generation is not confirmation that every requirement of a commercial campaign has been met. Do not use an artist credit or “fan edit” caption as a substitute for required permission. Contact support if you need a concern involving material on this service reviewed, and use the relevant destination's process for copies posted elsewhere.

Availability, requests, and changes

We may change or suspend features and may restrict access for misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular generation time, perfect security, or a specific visual result. Requests affecting private records, payments, or third-party rights require review. Account deletion is handled through support rather than an instant automated process. We update the date when these terms change and explain changes affecting generation, billing, or data handling before you use the affected feature. Review the current terms and the quote on the form before a new submission. If you only want to inspect the controls, prepare a photo draft without starting a generation.
