NEON Privacy Policy: Photos, Accounts and Video Processing

How a2oliteneon.org handles browser photo drafts, submitted images, private videos, support, analytics and purchases, plus routes for account and data requests.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

What does this policy cover?

This policy describes how the independent A2O LITE NEON service at a2oliteneon.org handles accounts, photo preparation, video submissions, support, and purchases. Selecting an image for setup and pressing Generate are separate actions. Photo preparation creates a browser draft; a generation submits images for processing and creates a submitted video request.

Read this page before uploading sensitive material or deciding whether the workflow fits your privacy expectations. The service is not an official artist or label product. It does not provide a public gallery for your account videos. Private library access does not mean that no service provider handles your data, or that downloaded files remain under the website's controls. The following sections describe those distinctions and the ways to raise questions or request review of stored information.

Account, authentication, and session information

The account system stores information needed to identify and authenticate the account, such as a name, email address, and session records. Authentication uses session cookies and related site data to keep you signed in. Keep account credentials private and use an account you are authorized to control.

Sign-in is required before the photo chooser or drop processing is used. Account information also connects submitted tasks, balances, orders, and support conversations to the correct account. If you use a different account later, its library and records can differ. Do not send passwords, login cookies, or verification codes to support to demonstrate ownership. Use the available sign-in or recovery route and explain an access problem through Contact if you cannot enter the account concerned.

Photos during local preparation

The signed-in setup creates compressed image previews and saves the photo draft and selected format in this browser. Drafts can be restored for up to 24 hours. Expiry is checked when the draft is read, so the restoration limit is not a promise that all browser data is erased at an exact time. Use Clear draft to remove the saved preparation now.

The draft is not a public gallery item and does not automatically sync between devices or browser profiles. Someone with access to the same browser profile may be able to access its saved site data. Use your own device where possible and clear drafts when finished. Browser site-data controls are separate from server deletion. Delete my data explains how to clear local preparation and request review of material already submitted.

Images and settings submitted for generation

Pressing Generate sends the selected images and task settings to the service. Images are checked through SeeAPI for content safety and sent to fal or EvoLink for video generation according to the configured generation route. Cloudflare R2 stores input files and generated videos privately. Task status and credit records support processing, delivery, and failure handling.

Submitting the same photos in another accepted attempt can create another task; it is not a deletion or replacement instruction for the earlier one. Do not submit sensitive images that are unnecessary for a dance edit. Crop private addresses, documents, or unrelated information before selection. Use authorized photos of adults who agreed to the intended processing and sharing. Safety covers those responsibilities, and the workflow guide explains the point where preparation becomes a submission.

Video library, downloads, and retention limits

The library requires sign-in, and playback and download access are checked against the account. Completed videos are available for download for 14 days. Save a copy you want to keep during that window. This delivery period is separate from deletion of account, task, or transaction records and should not be treated as a universal retention schedule.

Processing providers have their own data-handling terms. This site does not promise that every provider immediately deletes a copy or excludes all training use. Ask support about processing or retention questions before submitting sensitive material. Once you download or share a video, copies outside the account library are outside its access controls. Removing an item here does not automatically remove a file on your device or a post on another service.

Support tickets and support email

If you open a ticket, the service stores the request and replies. Include only the details needed to locate and understand the issue, such as a task ID, order number, status, or short error description. Avoid including source photos when a text explanation is sufficient. Never put passwords, card details, identity documents, or verification codes in a ticket.

Email sent to support@a2oliteneon.org is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to our support inbox hosted by Gmail. These providers process the email address, message, and attachments needed to deliver and handle the request. Email can be used without signing in, but account ownership may need verification before private records are discussed or changed. A support message is not a public post, but it still involves handling by the relevant communication providers.

Account emails and recovery messages

We use Resend to deliver requested account emails, such as password recovery messages. Resend processes the recipient address and message contents, including the account action link, to deliver those messages. Keep recovery links and sign-in codes private; do not copy them into a ticket or forward them as evidence of an account issue.

If you cannot receive a requested message or enter your account, explain that access problem through support without sending secret links. Providing an email address in a support conversation does not by itself establish ownership of every account or task associated with that address. We may need to verify the request before taking an action involving private records. An access request, a profile correction, and a deletion request can require different scopes of review.

Analytics, cookies, and other site data

Authentication cookies and local photo drafts serve different purposes. Session data supports sign-in, while the saved draft supports returning to prepared inputs in the same browser. Removing local site data can affect both your session and your draft, but it does not delete records already held by the service.

When enabled, analytics services such as Google Analytics or Plausible process page-view and browser or device information to measure website usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar identifiers. Advertising is not currently enabled. Do not assume that private video storage means the site performs no usage measurement. If you need information about the analytics applicable to your visit, ask support before providing unnecessary personal details in a request. This policy does not promise that browser controls remove copies already processed by another service.

Payments, balances, and related records

When credit-pack checkout is available, Stripe processes payment details. The service keeps order, payment-status, and credit records to deliver purchases, track usage, and handle billing questions. Enter payment information only through checkout. Do not send full card details or payment security codes in email or a support ticket.

A generation task and a purchase are separate records. Returning reserved credits for a confirmed failed or rejected task is different from refunding a payment. Support may review relevant records when you raise a billing concern or ask about a credit entry. See Refunds for that process. Removing a browser draft does not alter an order, balance, or task history, and signing out does not request deletion of financial or account records.

Access, corrections, deletion, and security questions

Use profile settings for available profile updates. For data access questions, corrections beyond the available controls, or removal requests, use Contact and support. Specify the account and scope, and include task IDs where relevant. We verify ownership and review the request before action. Some records may need to be retained for relevant obligations, fraud prevention, or an active dispute; applicable limits are explained while handling the request.

We do not offer personal data for sale. Providers handle data needed to operate the requested features, and applicable legal requests or security investigations may require record review. Access controls reduce exposure but do not promise perfect security. Report suspected misuse and avoid submitting sensitive photos. We update this page's date when its scope changes; review the current policy and Terms before a new submission.
