NEON AI Dance Safety: Adult Consent and Honest Sharing

Use authorized photos of consenting adults for NEON duo dance. Learn how to agree on an edit, avoid impersonation, review results, and report misuse.

Whose photos can I use for a NEON dance?

Use two separate photos with one consenting adult in each, and make sure you are entitled to upload both images. Ask each person whether they agree to the intended AI dance edit and where you plan to share it. A publicly visible photo is not permission to generate a new performance or publish it under someone else's identity.

This flow is for respectful creative edits involving adults. Do not upload minors, identity documents, sexual material, or images intended for harmful impersonation. Pets are not a supported input for this workflow. The fact that a file passes a technical upload check does not establish consent or make a proposed use acceptable. Review the people, images, and intended audience before you submit a generation.

Ask about the edit and the audience together

A useful permission conversation explains what will happen: two photos will be processed into a fictional dance video, the result may not resemble the inputs perfectly, and the video may later be downloaded. Also discuss where it will be shown. A person may be happy to see a private experiment while not agreeing to a public social post.

Do not assume that permission for a group photo, a personal album, or an earlier edit covers a different AI performance. If the person is uncertain, do not submit their image while waiting for an answer. Decide together whether the final result should be reviewed before posting and what caption makes its AI origin clear. Consent is a practical decision about the use you actually intend, rather than a box that can be checked on another person's behalf without asking.

Photo ownership and likeness permission are separate

You may have permission to keep a photograph without having permission to upload it for processing. You may also have agreement from the depicted adult while still needing authorization for an image taken or supplied by someone else. Check both the source of the file and the person's willingness to appear in the intended edit.

Do not assume that a search result, artist image, screenshot, or public profile picture is available for this use. Avoid copyrighted characters, third-party branding, and unrelated protected material that you are not entitled to submit. The website does not clear those rights for you or grant a blanket publication license. Copyright and likeness explains the service's boundaries and how to report a concern about an input, output, or public page.

Do not use the tool to impersonate or deceive

Do not create deceptive endorsements, false collaborations, harassment, humiliation, sexual content, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not use another person's face to suggest they support a product, cause, relationship, or statement without agreement. A playful dance framing does not make a harmful or misleading context acceptable.

The website is independent of A2O LITE, A2O Entertainment, and social platforms. Do not imply that an artist or label approved your result. Do not present a generated performance as evidence that the people met, attended an event, or danced together in real life. Review the caption, account name, thumbnail, and surrounding context as well as the video itself; those elements can create a misleading impression even when the underlying clip is described somewhere as AI-generated.

Remove sensitive details before selecting a photo

Choose an ordinary authorized portrait with a visible face and useful outfit detail. Avoid pictures containing documents, account screens, addresses, medical information, or other private material that is unnecessary for the dance. Crop irrelevant bystanders and identifying background details where you can do so without making the intended adult unclear.

File requirements are JPG, PNG, or WebP, up to 3 MB each, with a short side of at least 340 pixels and a long-to-short ratio no greater than 2.5. Meeting those requirements only establishes the file's suitability for selection. It is not a safety review of every detail inside the image. Use the photo guide to check readability, then make a separate judgment about permission and whether processing the image is appropriate.

Understand when processing starts

Signing in and selecting photos creates previews and a draft in that browser. The draft can be restored for up to 24 hours and does not automatically sync across devices. Use Clear draft when you finish, especially on a shared device. Someone with access to the same browser profile may also have access to saved site data.

Pressing Generate sends the images for safety checks and video processing. Your account library is private rather than a public gallery, but privacy should not be confused with a promise that no provider handles the inputs. The privacy policy explains those processing stages and the service providers involved. If you are uncomfortable submitting a particular image under those conditions, stop at preparation and choose a less sensitive source or do not proceed.

Review the whole result before anyone else sees it

AI can change faces, hands, clothing, body proportions, gestures, and timing. Watch the complete clip rather than approving it from a poster frame or opening moment. Pay attention to points where the two people overlap or move quickly. Consider whether an unintended gesture or facial change could embarrass the person or misrepresent them.

If the result is uncomfortable or misleading, do not publish it just because the task completed. Ask both adults to review the final version and the proposed caption. A higher resolution is not a safety guarantee, and a second attempt may still vary. The public sample uses fictional adult characters and is one example, not a promise of a particular outcome for real people. A completed result can require a decision not to share it.

Label AI edits and check music separately

Describe the shared clip as AI-generated so viewers can understand what they are seeing. Make the label clear in the context where the video is posted, rather than relying on an explanation that may be removed when the file is forwarded. Avoid captions that imply a real performance, official partnership, or event that did not happen.

Personalized output is requested without audio. The homepage sample has reference audio added separately and does not supply a soundtrack license for your result. If you add music afterward, check the permissions for the intended publication. A track available in one context does not establish permission for every other use. The site's creative workflow does not automatically settle rights to music, choreography, photos, likenesses, or branding, and it does not promise eligibility for commercial publication.

What if a task is rejected or uncertain?

Automated checks cannot identify every harmful input or catch every issue in a result. Approval of a task is not a substitute for your own consent and sharing checks. If a submission is rejected, review the explanation and the rules before considering another attempt. Do not repeatedly change or resend material to work around a safety decision.

Confirmed failed or rejected tasks return reserved credits. A delayed or uncertain attempt needs checking before a credit adjustment, so inspect the existing task in My videos rather than starting another request to test it. The refund policy describes task handling and payment review. If you see a safety concern in a completed result, keep the task identifier and report the concern instead of broadly redistributing the video as an example.

How do I report misuse or ask for removal?

Contact support with the specific page or task, the concern, and your relationship to the affected material. State whether the issue involves your likeness, an unauthorized photo, deceptive sharing, or another problem. Include enough detail to locate the material without sending unnecessary private images or identity documents.

We review reports before action and may need information to identify the record and understand the request. This page does not promise round-the-clock monitoring or a fixed response deadline. For account-linked material, verification may be needed before private records can be discussed or removed. Delete my data explains local draft clearing and server requests; clearing a draft does not recall downloaded copies or remove content shared on another service. Use those services' reporting routes for copies outside this website as well.
