NEON Copyright and Likeness: Uploads, Music and Reports

Understand what the independent NEON tool provides, which photo permissions you need, why music is separate, and how to submit a copyright or likeness concern.

Does using NEON AI dance give me a music or artist license?

No. This independent website provides a photo-to-dance workflow, not a license to the NEON song, original performances, artist images, choreography, or branding. Personalized videos are requested without audio. The homepage sample has reference audio added separately, and that example does not grant permission to add the same recording to your own result.

Use photos you own or are authorized to upload, with agreement from both depicted adults for the intended AI edit. Review any additional permissions needed for the way you plan to publish. This page explains the limits of what the service provides and the route for raising a concern. It does not determine ownership of every input or output, or promise that every generated result is eligible for commercial use.

An independent tool, separate from the artists

A2O LITE NEON is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by A2O LITE, A2O Entertainment, or social platforms. The artist and song names identify the subject of the creative workflow. They do not establish a partnership or indicate that the artists approved a particular result, user, campaign, or publication.

Do not describe your generated video as official footage or suggest an authorized collaboration unless you independently hold the necessary permission. The same care applies to titles, thumbnails, captions, and account descriptions. A file can contain an AI label and still be presented misleadingly by the surrounding text. About this service explains the product's scope, while the NEON overview separates the music context from this website's function.

What is the public sample?

The homepage sample is a real AI-generated dance video using fictional adult character photos. It is not an original artist performance or the official music video. Its audio was added separately after generation. The sample demonstrates one 480p output and should be understood as an example of the creative workflow rather than a source of licensed promotional assets.

The website does not offer standalone song downloads, original performance downloads, official logos, or permission to reproduce artist branding. Watching or accessing the sample does not transfer rights in third-party material. It also does not guarantee that a new generation will match its identities, motion, timing, or composition. If you want to evaluate your own project, review the input requirements and publication permissions rather than treating an example's presence on a website as general authorization for reuse.

What permission do I need for the source photos?

You need authorization to upload the photo and agreement from the adult depicted in it for the intended edit. Those are separate questions. A photograph taken by someone else can involve rights in the image even when you are the person pictured. Likewise, holding a copy of a photo does not mean the subject agreed to a generated performance or public sharing.

Do not assume that an image found in search, on a public profile, or in an artist post is available for processing. Ask before using it. Use one consenting adult per photo and avoid third-party characters, logos, and other material you are not entitled to submit. If you are uncertain about the source, choose an image with a clear permission basis before generating. Safety and consent provides practical guidance for agreeing on the edit and its audience.

What rights remain in my inputs?

You keep any rights you already hold in the images you supply. Using the service does not make someone else's rights yours, and it does not remove restrictions attached to an input. The handling needed to provide the features you choose is described in Terms and Privacy.

Do not rely on the tool to settle a disagreement about who can authorize an image. If two people disagree about a photo or likeness, resolve the proposed use before submitting it. Public visibility, a social tag, an artist credit, or a friend's possession of a file does not by itself establish all permissions. The site also does not promise exclusive copyright in AI output. If ownership or exclusivity is central to a project, do not treat payment for generation as confirmation that those requirements have been satisfied.

How should I think about likeness and generated events?

A generated dance can make two people appear together even when their photos were taken separately. That is the creative purpose of the workflow, but it must not be used as evidence that they actually met or performed. Do not use another person's likeness for harassment, humiliation, deceptive endorsement, or a false claim about a relationship or event.

Ask both adults about the intended edit and the audience. Let them review the result before sharing, because AI can change a face, gesture, outfit, or interaction in a way they did not expect. Describe the final work as AI-generated and avoid artist or platform endorsement claims. A person agreeing to one private experiment does not automatically establish agreement to every public repost or new use of their likeness.

Can I add the NEON song in another app?

You can edit a downloaded file, but adding a track requires a permission basis for that particular use. Check the source of the music, the account and platform where it will be published, and the intended context. The fact that a song can be selected in one app does not establish permission for every export or later repost.

This website does not supply or verify those music permissions for you. An artist credit or “fan edit” caption does not, on its own, settle them. Keep the silent original if you plan to create different versions, and confirm the permissions before adding audio. If the project depends on a specific recording or official endorsement, resolve that requirement separately before spending credits on the visual generation. Audio added to the homepage sample is not evidence of a license for your publication.

What should I check before public or commercial sharing?

Review the whole clip, the source-photo permissions, both adults' agreement, any added soundtrack, and the surrounding presentation. Make sure the caption accurately describes an AI edit and does not imply an official artist collaboration. Avoid adding third-party logos or protected images on the assumption that a generated background removes their significance.

This service does not provide a blanket commercial-use license or guarantee exclusive rights in generated content. A completed task and a paid credit pack establish service activity, not clearance of every right involved in a proposed campaign. An editor or publishing platform may have its own conditions as well. If a planned use has unresolved rights requirements, pause that publication and obtain appropriate permission or advice rather than assuming that the generator has answered the question for you.

How do I report a rights concern?

Email support@a2oliteneon.org or use Contact and support. Identify the specific page, task, or material and explain the work or likeness involved. Describe your relationship to it and what you want reviewed. Include a source link or other concise evidence where appropriate so the report can be connected to the correct material.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, full card details, or unrelated private records. Avoid forwarding harmful material more widely just to illustrate the complaint. We review requests before action and may ask for details needed to identify the material and understand your connection to it. An initial report does not grant access to another person's private library or establish an automatic removal decision.

What if the material is in a private task or another service?

For a task in your account, include its identifier and use the account support route when possible. Verification may be needed before private records can be discussed. Delete my data explains how a request concerning server records differs from clearing a local photo draft. Removing a browser draft does not remove an already submitted task.

Downloaded files and copies posted on other services are outside this website's private library controls. A removal request here does not recall those copies automatically. If the concern involves a post elsewhere, use that destination's reporting process as well. Keep the relevant links and context available for review without collecting or circulating unnecessary personal information. For the general conditions governing submissions and output, read Terms of service before making a new generation.
