Delete NEON Data: Clear Photo Drafts or Request Removal
Clear a NEON photo draft in your browser, understand what stays on the server, and request review of account, task, input photo, or video deletion through support.

How do I delete my NEON photos or account data?
For an unsubmitted photo draft, return to the homepage setup and use Clear draft in the browser where you prepared it. For submitted photos, video tasks, completed videos, or broader account records, contact support with a data deletion request. These are different actions because a local draft and a server submission are stored and used differently.
Clearing a draft does not delete an account, cancel a submitted task, remove billing records, or recall a file already downloaded. Signing out is also separate from requesting removal. Start by identifying what you want removed and where it exists. This page explains the controls available in the browser and the information needed for a support review, without promising an instant automated account deletion process.
What is a browser photo draft?
When you sign in and select photos for the generator, the setup creates compressed previews and saves the prepared draft in that browser. It can include the selected images and video format choices. The draft lets you return to the setup without selecting everything again. It does not automatically sync to another device or browser profile.
Drafts can be restored for up to 24 hours, with expiry checked when the draft is read. That restoration window is not a promise that all browser data is erased at an exact instant. If you want to remove the draft now, use the explicit control or your browser's site-data settings rather than relying only on expiry. Someone who can access the same browser profile may also be able to access its saved site data.
How do I clear a draft from the setup?
Open the photo setup in the browser where you chose the images. Sign in if needed to access the setup, then use Clear draft. This removes the draft saved by the site in that browser. Check the form again before leaving, and do not select the same images again if your intention is to finish without keeping a prepared pair.
Repeat the check in any other browser or device where you prepared photos. A draft on a phone and a draft on a computer are separate local copies. If you use a shared computer, take particular care to check the correct browser profile. Clearing one profile does not establish that a different profile has no site data, and changing accounts does not replace the need to manage local data on the device you used.
Can I use my browser's site-data controls instead?
Your browser's site-data controls can remove stored website data from that browser. Check the controls for a2oliteneon.org and understand the scope before clearing it. Removing site data can also affect session information and may require you to sign in again. Those browser controls operate on the selected browser profile rather than on server account records.
You do not need to send source photos to support just to ask how local clearing works. Describe the browser, device, and whether the setup restores a draft after you return. Avoid copying cookies or browser storage contents into a ticket because those can contain private information. If the issue is about an existing submitted video request rather than a draft, use the request process below and identify the task instead of repeatedly clearing local data.
What changes when I press Generate?
Generate submits the selected images and settings for safety checks and video processing and creates a task associated with your account. The service keeps information needed to track that processing and the related credit use. That is separate from the browser preparation stage, even if the same pictures still appear in the form.
Clearing the draft afterward does not remove the submitted inputs or the task record. Closing the tab or signing out does not act as a cancellation or deletion request either. If a generation is pending and you want help with its data, give support the existing task ID and state what you want reviewed. Do not create another generation to test whether clearing worked; that can create additional processing and credit use rather than remove the original record.
How do I request removal of submitted material?
Use account support tickets with a subject such as “Data deletion request.” Say whether the request concerns particular input photos, one task, a completed video, or a wider account review. Include task IDs when available. Describe the requested scope in plain language rather than assuming that the word “photos” identifies every copy or record you mean.
You can also email support@a2oliteneon.org. If you can sign in, the account support route can help connect the request to the relevant account. We verify ownership and review scope before acting on private records. Do not send passwords, verification codes, login cookies, identity documents, or unnecessary copies of the images as part of an initial request. Support can explain any further information needed for the review.
What if I cannot access the account?
If you used an email and password, try password recovery. Make sure you are trying to access the same account that made the submission. A different account can have a different library and balance, so an empty library does not establish that the original material was deleted.
If access is still unavailable, email support and explain that your deletion request concerns an account you cannot currently enter. Ownership may need verification before private records are discussed or removed. Do not send a password or sign-in code as proof. If your concern involves your likeness in someone else's material, describe that relationship rather than trying to access their account. Copyright and Safety explain how to report a rights or misuse concern without requesting access to another person's private records.
Does account deletion remove every record immediately?
Account deletion is handled through support review. The service checks account ownership and the requested scope before removing server records. Some information may need to be retained for relevant legal obligations, fraud prevention, or an active billing dispute. Any applicable limits are explained while handling the request; this page does not promise immediate deletion of every category.
A video download window, a local draft restoration period, and account record retention are different concepts. Completed videos are available for download for 14 days, but the end of that access window is not a statement that all task or payment information has disappeared. Similarly, a draft expiring in a browser does not establish removal at a processing provider. Privacy describes those stages and the limits of the service's provider-deletion promises.
What about providers and downloaded copies?
Submitting a generation involves safety checking, video processing, and private storage. Processing providers have their own data-handling terms. This website does not promise that every provider immediately deletes every copy or excludes all training use. Ask support about those boundaries before submitting sensitive images, rather than assuming a later local clearing action can reverse all processing.
You must manage downloaded copies on your devices separately. A file copied to another folder, shared with a friend, or posted to another service is outside the website library's access controls. A request here does not automatically remove those copies or posts. Check your own destinations and use the relevant platform's removal or reporting controls where needed. Consider the final audience with both adults before sharing, because later removal can involve several separate places.
How should I follow up on a request?
Keep follow-up details in the same ticket or email conversation when possible. If you find a task ID, identify another device with a local draft, or need to clarify the scope, add that information there. State whether you have already cleared local drafts so support does not confuse a browser question with a server removal request.
This page does not set a fixed deletion deadline or guarantee a particular action before review. It explains the available self-service step and the support route for the rest. A deletion request is separate from a payment refund request or a question about credits; identify those issues explicitly if they also need attention. See Refunds, Terms, and Contact for the related processes. Do not submit new material while trying to remove the existing material from your account.
