Is the NEON AI dance generator free?
Exploring the website and preparing photos are free. Creating a personalized NEON duo dance video requires credits, including your first video. Each requested 15-second generation uses 10 credits at 480p or 30 credits at 720p. There is no free signup generation allowance or personalized generated trial currently offered.
You can watch the public example and read the guides without paying. After signing in, you can select two adult photos, inspect the previews, swap their positions, and choose the output format without submitting a generation. This distinction lets you evaluate the setup before buying credits. It also means that seeing your photos in the form is a preparation step, not a completed free dance video.
What can I do without paying?
You can browse the homepage, play the generated sample, compare the available formats, and read every public guide. The homepage sample was generated at 480p using fictional adult characters. Its reference audio was added separately. Watching that example helps explain the intended result, but it does not provide a personalized preview of what your photos will produce.
Sign in to prepare your own pair. Add one accepted image for each adult, inspect the compressed previews, and exchange their positions if needed. Choose landscape 16:9 or portrait 9:16 and review the resolution options. A draft can be restored in the same browser for up to 24 hours. These setup actions do not require a card. Use Clear draft when you finish, especially if another person uses the same browser profile.
When do credits become necessary?
Credits are required when you submit a personalized generation. Before pressing Generate, review the selected resolution, displayed credit cost, and photo-permission confirmation. Selecting a photo or changing a format is separate from starting video processing. The step-by-step tutorial walks through that boundary.
An accepted generation is a distinct attempt. Changing the people, requesting another variation, or choosing a different resolution for a new attempt can require more credits. Do not assume that buying one video includes unlimited reruns until you like the result. If the task is pending, inspect that existing request in My videos instead of creating another one. A delayed status update is not, on its own, proof that the first attempt failed or did not use credits.
How much does each video use?
A 480p generation uses 10 credits and a 720p generation uses 30 credits. Both request 15 seconds and support the two offered orientations. The 720p option uses three times the credits of the 480p option; it does not include three videos or a longer dance. Resolution also does not guarantee better identity accuracy or a preferred movement.
The credit quote is shown before submission. Think about both the setting you want and the number of attempts you can comfortably budget for. If you are deciding on your first pair of photos, review the sample and photo guide first. Clearer inputs can reduce avoidable preparation mistakes, but they cannot remove the variability of generated faces, hands, clothing, timing, or motion.
What do the one-time packs include?
Starter costs $9.99 and supplies 30 credits. At the current generation costs, that covers three 480p attempts or one 720p attempt. Creator costs $26.99 and supplies 90 credits, covering nine 480p attempts or three 720p attempts. Studio costs $49.99 and supplies 180 credits, covering eighteen 480p attempts or six 720p attempts.
Those counts assume you use the whole pack at one resolution. You can also use a balance for a mixture of attempts. For example, a 90-credit balance can cover one 720p generation and six 480p generations: 30 plus 60 credits. Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal, and the credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Pricing shows the offers and the current state of purchase controls.
Does a low per-video price mean I can buy one video for that amount?
No. Dividing a pack price by the number of possible attempts is a budgeting calculation, not a separate single-video checkout offer. Starter is a $9.99 purchase even if you plan to use only 10 of its 30 credits today. The remaining balance can be used for later attempts within its validity period.
For example, $9.99 divided by three 480p attempts is $3.33 per attempt when the whole Starter pack is used that way. That does not create a $3.33 purchase option. Compare the total amount you will pay, the balance you need, and the number of attempts you actually want. Buying a larger pack only makes sense if its credit amount and validity fit your intended use. Completed output quality remains variable at every pack level.
Will I be charged a subscription later?
The published NEON packs are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal. They are not a monthly plan and do not promise a recurring allowance of credits. Creating an account or saving a draft does not start a subscription. Credits expire according to the stated 365-day validity rather than renewing every month.
If the purchase controls show that checkout is unavailable, do not treat the published prices as a promise that you can buy immediately. You can still browse the guides and prepare photos. Check the page again before planning a time-sensitive project around a new purchase. If you have a billing question about an existing order, contact support with its order number rather than sending card details or attempting an additional payment to diagnose the problem.
What happens if generation fails?
A confirmed failed or rejected generation returns the credits reserved for that task to the account balance. That credit return is different from a payment refund to a card. An uncertain or delayed task needs to be checked before any adjustment, because the service first has to establish what happened to the existing attempt.
A completed result can differ from what you imagined without being a technical failure. A variation in a face, outfit, gesture, or timing is not automatically a failed task. Check the whole clip and report a specific problem with the task ID if you need help. Read the refund policy for the distinction between credit returns, task investigation, and payment refund requests. This helps you budget without assuming every unwanted result will restore the balance.
Are there free ways to finish a video?
If you already have a dance recording, you may only need an editor for cuts, captions, or a different arrangement. That is a different starting point from having two portraits and wanting a new duo performance. An editor's free entry point does not establish that every AI feature or export is free, so check its current conditions before depending on it.
You can also combine workflows by generating a clip here and finishing it elsewhere. Our AI dance versus CapCut comparison explains the decisions without promising another service's pricing. Personalized NEON videos are requested without audio and include no music license. If you add a soundtrack afterward, use a source and publication context you are entitled to use; free editing does not settle music or likeness permissions.
How should I decide before spending?
First, confirm that you want a new AI performance rather than an edit of existing footage. Watch the sample, get agreement from both adults, and select two photos that meet the input requirements. Inspect the pair and frame for free. Then review the credit cost, pack amount, and purchase availability before committing to an attempt.
Keep the limits in view: output is requested at 15 seconds, no longer clip is offered, and AI likeness and motion can vary. Your private library gives access to completed downloads for 14 days, so save a file you want to keep in time. For questions about an order or task, use Contact and support. To evaluate the inputs without purchasing, return to the free photo setup.
